Still raining...

Plain stockinette is done in a hurry :) Now I just need half a sleeve, the cabeled body edging and some seaming, and we're ready for rainy days! Lilja is waiting impatiently. And look; the Thinking dress stil fits, worn to kindergarden today, over a pair of wide, purple pants.

I haven't agreed with myself if I find the sweater too short. Of course it'll grow a bit with the cabeled edging attached, but I think the look the designer was aming for is kind of short and wide. I'll finish, and if I'm not happy with it, I'll just cut it open and knit some more. Since I adapted the pattern for knitting in the round that'll be easy peasy.

Hi from Austria! Oh, your little one is such a sweetie! And I love the way the sweater turns out - I think you're doing it the perfect way, not worrying too much yet if it's gonna be to short or not, just knitting, and if it's too short, then you'll just add a bit more - that's the perfect way to go for it!
