Lilja + Pus + Jan

The Tuva yarn has been turned into a Jan for Lilja. Unlike most others we have the v-neck in the front, but if we change our minds it's easy to turn around, of course. The ribbon is a souvenir from Sweden from last year.

She looks like a doll in that dress! I love that you made it in purple, and the v-neck is a nice idea.

Kjempefin Jan!!! og kjempefin jente og pus:)

S godt se at du fr brukt litt av alt det nyyydelige garnet du har ervervet i det siste;-) Jan ble veldig flott til Lilja. Fine farger!

the dress is amazing. i just love the pattern and may have to buy it in order to make one for Alena. i believe i will have another year or so before she will fit into the smallest size.i am happy to hear that you are enjoying the yearn ball. i had a lot of fun putting it together and cant wait to see what you have made from it. i was using the same yarn to make a smock for my girl. the sad news is that i am still waiting for my yarn ball to show up. i am thinking i may not get one but we will see.take care. i love looking at all of your lovely work.

Your daughter looks really sweet in this dress! ^^Hello from a Viking/Varangian reenactor from Poland. *^v^* We possibly may have seen each other in the past during Viking markets in Sweden and Norway because we visited Foteviken, Borre and Gudvangen in the previous years (and hope to come again next year!). I looked through your site and found the wonderful sheepskin rugs you've been making. Since sheep skins here in Poland are rather cheap I would like to make such rug for my Varangian bed, could you be so kind and tell me the secret of the original paint mixture? I can trade something for this knowledge, maybe a sheep skin for you?... ^v^ I would also like to say that I love your naalbinding works, I'm still a beginner in this technique. If you'd like you can visit our site at www.draconia.pl (choose english version, my Varangian name is Finna Ostaris). We recreate two periods of history - Viking times (our main field of interest) and XIII c in Poland.Take care! ^^Joanna
